From classic turkey dinners to elevated spins with all the fixings, guests have plenty of options to choose from with special Thanksgiving menus at Charlie Palmer Steak Reno, The Grand Buffet and Grand Café.
Charlie Palmer Steak
Begin the night with a choice between a salad made with roasted delicata squash, candied walnuts, pomegranate seeds, field greens, burrata cheese all tossed in a seasonal pumpkin spice vinaigrette, or a roasted butternut squash soup finished with a touch of crème fraiche and pomegranate molasses.
For the main course, enjoy an elevated take on the traditional turkey dinner served with whipped potatoes, haricots verts, a sweet cornbread stuffing and served with house-made gravy and a sweet potato casserole.
End the night on a sweet note with a slice of pumpkin mousse cake, made with a spiced pumpkin cake, smothered in a maple glaze and topped with candied pumpkin seeds. Paired with a scoop of cinnamon gelato, this dessert is the perfect finale to an unforgettable meal.
Charlie Palmer Steak will serve this Thanksgiving menu on Thursday, Nov. 28 from 2 to 9 p.m. for $59 per person. Each dinner includes a complimentary glass of sparkling wine.
The Grand Buffet
Skip the cooking this Thanksgiving at The Grand Buffet with a special menu that is sure to please everyone in the family. This special menu features a series of delicious holiday favorites, including an herb-roasted bone-in turkey, prime rib and Peking duck alongside all the fixings to make an unforgettable plate. Seafood lovers can indulge in seared salmon with a luscious lobster sauce or Dungeness crab. No matter how you make a plate, celebrate a stress-free Thanksgiving at The Grand Buffet.
This special menu will be available on Thursday, Nov. 28 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Prices are $63 for adults and $12 for children.
Grand Café
Thanksgiving is grand at The Grand Café. Begin the festivities with a Waldorf salad, made with apples, walnuts, celery and grapes, all dressed in a citrus aioli. Guests can then enjoy a traditional turkey plate dinner made with a roasted turkey breast with traditional mashed potatoes, green bean almondine, corn bread stuffing and turkey gravy and potatoes topped with giblet gravy. Dessert options are available.
The Grand Café will serve this Thanksgiving special on Thursday, Nov. 28 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $34 per person.
