Reno, Nev. – On the heels of an incredible performance by the legendary Santana this past Labor Day weekend, Grand Sierra Resort and Casino (GSR) is starting the fall season early with an entertainment lineup that is unsurpassed in the region. With an impressive 2,700-seat Grand Theatre and the 25,000 square-foot LEX Nightclub, GSR has truly become the entertainment capital in northern Nevada and won’t disappoint with names like Counting Crows and Rob Thomas, Ringo Starr, Morrissey, DJ Snoopadelic, Ty Dolla Sign and more. The season kicks off with a throwback to what some call the last great decade of music with the I Love the 90s Tour on Saturday, Sept. 10. This collaborative concert features some of the decade’s biggest artists including Vanilla Ice, Salt N Pepa, Coolio, Tone Loc, Rob Base and Young MC. On Sunday, Sept. 11, multiplatinum-selling band Counting Crows and Grammy Award winning singer Rob Thomas will co-headline on the Grand Theatre stage for an unforgettable performance while stopping in Reno on their phenomenal North American tour.

Also playing in the Grand Theatre this fall are LeAnn Rimes (Friday, Sept. 23), Alice in Chains (Saturday, Oct. 8), Straight No Chaser (Friday, Oct. 14), Jim Norton (Saturday, Oct. 15), Ringo Starr (Wednesday, Oct. 19), Alice Cooper (Tuesday, Oct. 25), Brand New (Saturday, Oct. 29), Morrissey (Friday, Nov. 11), Il Divo (Saturday, Nov. 12), Dream Theater (Saturday, Nov. 19), Pink Martini (Thursday, Dec. 1), Lewis Black (Saturday, Dec. 3) and the Brian Setzer Christmas Rocks Tour (Friday, Dec. 23).

For the past two years, GSR has welcomed some of the top names in entertainment to its incredible nightlife venue. From Tiesto and Steve Aoki to G-Eazy and Trey Songz to DJ Mustard and Nelly, LEX Nightclub continues to throw incredible parties and the upcoming season is already shaping up to be one for the books. On Saturday, Sept. 17, house music sensation and head of Subliminal Records Erick Morillo will hit the DJ booth followed by the ever-popular DJ Vice on Saturday, Sept. 24. And, closing out the month of September is none other than DJ Snoopadelic on Friday, Sept. 30 for what is guaranteed to be one of the most incredible nights in the club’s history. Then, on October 7, LEX welcomes one of hip-hop’s biggest stars, Ty Dolla Sign.

The venue, which opened just two years ago, is complete with three full bars, 33 VIP tables, a dance floor that extends over the pool and a multi-million dollar sound and lighting system.
