Reno, Nev. – Influential and ground-breaking progressive rock band YES will perform at Grand Sierra Resort and Casino’s (GSR) Grand Theatre on Thursday, Aug. 31. With a career that has spanned more than four decades, YES has created much of rock history’s most important music including “Roundabout,” “Close to the Edge,” “I’ve Seen All Good People” and “Owner of a Lonely Heart.” Despite the passing of the band’s leader, bassist Chris Squire, YES continues to tour and perform and has been joined by bassist and former YES member, Billy Sherwood. Sherwood will join Jon Davison (vocals), Steve Howe (guitar), Alan White (drums) and Geoff Downes (keyboard) and together, the group will continue to rock it’s way through history.
