RENO, Nev. (Nov. 1, 2021) – Legendary rapper Too $hort will take over LEX Nightclub inside Grand Sierra Resort and Casino (GSR) on Saturday, Dec. 4. The Bay Area native will take over Reno’s premier nightlife destination for one night only.
A pioneer of West Coast rap, Too $hort has remained an inspiration throughout his 30-year career for his coolheaded, vulgar verses and sparse, funk-infused betaking. He has six consecutive platinum albums, hit singles including “Blow The Whistle” and “Shake That Monkey” and collaborated with artists, including 2Pac, Snoop Dogg, Lady Gaga and Jay-Z. His twentieth album, The Pimp Tape, is out now and features guest appearances from 2 Chains, G-Eazy, Snoop Dogg and more. Too $hort hosts the “Blow The Whistle” radio show on DASH every Tuesday evening and founded OG Records in 2017.
LEX Nightclub is complete with three full bars, 40 VIP tables, a dance floor that extends over a unique, indoor water feature and a multi-million-dollar sound and lighting system. LEX Nightclub rivals venues found in the country’s top nightlife destinations including Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami and New York while offering an opportunity to see today’s top artists in an intimate setting.
Tickets for Too $hort’s performance at LEX Nightclub may be found online at lexnightclub.uvtix.com/event/uv705663498dt211204/too-short/. Guests can now book their VIP tables online by visiting lexnightclub.com/vip-tables or by contacting the LEX reservations team at info@lexnightclub.com.
