Charlie Palmer Steak
Begin your holiday festivities with seasonal appetizers like Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with pancetta, toasted pepitas and bourbon double cream ($17) or a Grilled Pear Salad with baby arugula, shaved fennel, candied walnuts with a lemon-poppy vinaigrette.($15). For the main course, dine on a Diestel Turkey Dinner with sausage stuffing, haricot vert, honey glazed baby carrots, butter potato, turkey gravy and cranberry relish ($61). End on a sweet note with a Pumpkin Pie Mousse Cake served with vanilla mascarpone cream, toasted pecans and spiced rum caramel. Making the dinner a full holiday feast, guests can enjoy a Traditional Turkey Dinnerserved withmashed potato, green bean almondine and corn bread stuffing. Spiced Pumpkin Pie with pumpkin gelato will end the evening on a sweet note. The Grand Café will serve this Thanksgiving Day Special for $50 per person on Thursday, Nov. 25 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Charlie Palmer Steak
Celebrate the season with festive dining specials at Charlie Palmer Steak. Start the meal with Prosciutto Wrapped Diver Scallops with brunoise of vegetables, seafood consommé and basil oil ($14), followed by a main course selection of Smoked Prime Rib of Beef with creamy horseradish and au jus and sides of loaded potato croquettes and spice roasted carrots ($69). Finish with a Classic Sticky Toffee Pudding served with gingersnap ice cream and spiced walnut cookie crumble ($15).
