Charlie Palmer Steak
Charlie Palmer Steak will serve a refined four-course menu highlighting seasonal flavors. The meal begins with the jumbo crab shooter, a refreshing blend of sweet crab meat and silky mint pea chilled soup, topped with Greek yogurt and a delicate citrus foam for a burst of bright, tangy flavor. Next, the spring salad showcases the best of the season, with tender butter lettuce, smoked trout, mission figs, creamy goat cheese, eggs and crisp radishes, all tossed in a citrus basil vinaigrette.
For the main course, savor the slow-braised lamb shanks, luxuriously tender and served over creamy parmesan polenta, accompanied by citrus-glazed beans and finished with a rich, velvety port jus. The night concludes with the key lime crème brûlée, a smooth and tangy custard with a perfectly caramelized sugar crust—a bright and satisfying end to an indulgent meal.
