RENO, Nev. (March 24, 2025) – Grand Sierra Resort and Casino (GSR) will host “Poker Night in America — Hellmuth’s Home Game,” an exclusive live taping of the hit poker series. Filming will take place Tuesday, March 25 to Thursday, March 27, inside LEX Nightclub, with 10 episodes scheduled to air later this year. The event will feature high-stakes action and some of the biggest names in poker.
Nine professional poker players will take to the felt led by the show’s namesake, Phil Hellmuth Jr. A 17-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner, Hellmuth is widely regarded as one of the greatest tournament players in history. Known for his bold personality on his way to racking up millions in earnings, he has delivered some of the most memorable moments in poker history. Joining Hellmuth is a stacked lineup of professional players including Xuan Liu, Daniel Cates, Mike “The Mouth” Matusow, Peter Costa and more. GSR will also sponsor a local player in the game.
The hit poker series has filmed at top casinos across the country and this March, it brings its high-stakes action to GSR for 10 new episodes. Fans will have a rare chance to watch the action live. Limited public seating will be available during the filming open from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday and from noon to 6 p.m. Thursday.
On Tuesday March 25, fans can head to Chickie’s & Pete’s at 8 p.m. for an exclusive afterparty, featuring a cocktail hour and autograph signing session with Hellmuth.
