Charlie Palmer Steak
Charlie Palmer Steak is inviting pairs to indulge in a special Valentine’s Day menu built for two. Begin the night with Thai chili prawns, perfectly balanced with creamy polenta, blistered tomatoes and fresh basil, offering a fiery, flavorful start to the romantic meal. A pomegranate passion salad follows, made with winter greens, Point Reyes blue cheese, candied walnuts, all drizzled in a champagne pomegranate vinaigrette.
For the main course, guests can savor an elegant surf and turf, featuring a luxurious butter-poached lobster paired with a tender filet mignon, all elevated with a rich truffle béarnaise sauce. It’s a dish that’s sure to ignite romance, combining the indulgent flavors of land and sea in a perfectly balanced pairing.
To complete the evening, diners can delight in The Love Triangle, a decadent dessert trio featuring Valrhona white chocolate mousse with strawberry gelée, hazelnut gelato, chocolate-dipped strawberries, petit fours and delicate almond macarons—each bite crafted to sweeten the celebration.

The Grand Café
The Grand Café is serving up a special Valentine’s Day menu designed to delight the senses. Start with a flavorful crab linguine, perfectly tossed with grape tomatoes and a hint of crushed chilis, finished with a bright and zesty lemon gremolata. Guests can pair this entreé with a glass of Kendall Jackson Chardonnay for $9, complementing the dish’s delicate flavors.
End the evening with a chocolate ganache torte, featuring luscious milk chocolate mousse layered with a red berry Chambord compote, served alongside creamy vanilla bean ice cream and decadent chocolate-dipped strawberries—the perfect ending to a romantic evening.
The Grand Café will serve this Valentine’s Day menu on Friday, Feb. 14 from 5 to 10 p.m. for $46 per person.
Grand Buffet
This Valentine’s Day, The Grand Buffet is offering an indulgent feast filled with exquisite flavors and decadent delights. Guests can savor premium entrées such as herb-roasted prime rib, New Zealand lamb rack and grilled filet mignon, accompanied by roasted asparagus, truffle risotto with mushrooms and Parmesan and duck fat-roasted fingerling potatoes. Seafood lovers can indulge in ginger-scallion soft-shell crab, seared scallops in saffron sauce and roasted cod with tomato-caper sauce.
The evening wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the dessert station, featuring an array of irresistible sweets, including chocolate-dipped strawberries, Grand Marnier crème brûlée, white chocolate strawberry mousse, molten raspberry chocolate cake and raspberry swirl cheesecake—a perfect way to end a romantic night.
The Grand Buffet will serve this menu Friday, Feb. 14, from 4 to 9 p.m., and Saturday, Feb. 15, and Sunday, Feb. 16, from 4 to 9 p.m., running $69 for adults and $12 for children.
Rim Asian Bistro
Enjoy date night at Rim Asian Bistro and feast on a four-course meal, paired with a thoughtful selection of wine and cocktails.
The evening begins with a seared five-spice scallop, served with a silky leek avocado cream mousse and bright orange yuzu sauce, perfectly paired with a Fleur De Mer Rosé from Provence, France. Next, guests will enjoy amaebi nigiri, topped with uni, ikura and ponzu sauce, accompanied by a crisp Martín Códax Albariño from Rías Baixas, Spain.
For the main course, diners will savor a luxurious lobster tail and shrimp, served alongside a velvety miso beet potato purée and seasonal grilled vegetables, paired with the delicate sweetness of Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling from Columbia Valley, Washington. To end the evening on a decadent note, guests can indulge in a white chocolate red velvet cheesecake, adorned with strawberries, sweet sake pearls and dark chocolate ice cream, perfectly complemented by a Ketel One espresso martini—a bold and indulgent finale to a night of romance.
This specialty menu will be served from Friday, Feb. 14 to Sunday, Feb. 16, from 5 to 9 p.m., for $98 per person. Individual courses and drinks are also available à la carte.
Uno Más
Celebrate love with bold flavors and vibrant dishes at Uno Más, where love gets a little spicy. The evening begins with handmade sopes, made with housemade masa and topped with a rich bean purée, consomé reduction, nopalito pico de gallo and crumbled queso fresco. Next, guests will enjoy a vegetarian ceviche, featuring tender cauliflower florets, diced peppers, creamy avocado crema and zesty pico de gallo, served with crispy tostadas.
For the main course, couples can share the indulgent lobster puerto nuevo for two, a succulent half Maine lobster prepared nuevo-style, accompanied by Spanish rice, corn tarragon salsa and drizzled with a luscious lobster beurre blanc. The evening concludes with a chocolate tres leches corazón, a decadent take on the classic tres leches cake, topped with whipped white chocolate cream and fresh red berries.
To complement the meal, Uno Más is offering festive $14 drink specials, including the classic frozen strawberry swirled margarita, a perfectly blended house margarita with a swirl of sweet strawberry purée, and the "Amor" martini, a tropical mix of Bacardi coconut, peach schnapps, cranberry juice and fresh strawberries.
