Formed in Los Angeles in 1982, W.A.S.P. rose to fame as a standout in the early 1980s heavy metal scene. Known for their shock-rock image and provocative performances, the band quickly gained a dedicated following. Their first two albums, “W.A.S.P.” (1984) and “The Last Command” (1985), were both certified gold by the RIAA and featured hits such as “I Wanna Be Somebody” and “L.O.V.E. Machine.” The band's intense live shows and controversial lyrics made them a target of the Parents Music Resource Center (PMRC) in the mid-1980s, a conflict they famously referenced in their song “Harder, Faster.”

Throughout their career, W.A.S.P. has sold over twelve million records worldwide and produced numerous well-known tracks including “Animal (F**k Like a Beast),” “Wild Child,” “Blind in Texas,” “Forever Free,” “The Headless Children,” “Chainsaw Charlie (Murders in the New Morgue)” and “The Idol.” The band’s most recent studio album, “Golgotha” (2015), was praised for its return to their classic sound.

Joining W.A.S.P. are Death Angel and Unto Others. Death Angel, a pioneering force in the thrash metal scene, formed in 1982, has built a reputation for their high-energy shows and critically acclaimed albums like “The Ultra-Violence” (1987) and “Act III” (1990). Unto Others, known for their unique blend of gothic rock and heavy metal, has been gaining attention with their recent releases, including the album “Strength” (2021). Doors open at 6 p.m.
