In addition to Soulja Boy, guests can enjoy a set by DJ Flow Fly. Tickets are on sale now and start at $20, plus additional taxes and fees. Doors open at 10 p.m.
Soulja Boy, a trailblazing rapper, entrepreneur and producer, gained fame for popularizing the "crank dat" dance and influencing the early 2000s hip-hop scene. Fusing the celebratory snap music of Atlanta with the gritty underground vibes of Chicago and his native Mississippi, Soulja Boy crafted a straightforward sound he dubbed "Shylantasippi." This style was showcased on his 2007 debut single, “Crank That (Soulja Boy),” which topped the Billboard Hot 100 for seven non-consecutive weeks. Following a commercial re-release by Collipark Music, he promoted his debut studio album, “Souljaboytellem.com” (2007), with the single “Soulja Girl.” The album reached No. 4 on the Billboard 200.
His second album, “iSouljaBoyTellem” (2008), featured the Billboard Hot 100 Top 20 singles “Turn My Swag On” and “Kiss Me thru the Phone” (featuring Sammie).
