Make Mother’s Day special at Charlie Palmer Steak. To start the night, guests can choose between two equally delicious options. The caprese salad is a colorful dish that’s sure to make mom smile with juicy heirloom tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, fresh basil and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and a tangy balsamic reduction. Alternatively, guests can opt for the spring pea risotto, a creamy and savory dish made with succulent diver scallops, tender pea puree, lemon zest and topped with crushed pistachios.
For the second course, guests can indulge in a Patagonian seabass dashi, a flavorful and aromatic dish made with tender white beech mushrooms, crisp snow peas, patty pan squash, fresh chive blossoms and bonito flakes. Or guests can go the savory route and enjoy a grilled herb quail featuring succulent quail paired with fluffy quinoa polenta cakes, fresh spring succotash and topped with a rich Albufera sauce.
End the night on a sweet note with a lemon crêpe cake, a light and fluffy dessert made with decadent mascarpone white chocolate mousse, fresh and juicy berries and a sweet and tangy limoncello wild berry sauce that will leave taste buds dancing with joy.

Feast on the finest selection this Mother’s Day at The Grand Buffet. The holiday menu features classics like juicy prime rib or grilled New York steaks, cooked to tender perfection. Mexican cuisine enthusiasts can enjoy chicken chilaquiles, a traditional breakfast dish made with crispy tortilla chips, tender chicken and tangy salsa.
Seafood lovers can indulge in the baked salmon piccata, a classic dish made with a zesty lemon butter sauce or citrus salmon that’s bursting with flavor. Or load a plate up with a bounty of seafood options, including snow crab, shrimp cocktail and mussels. A poke bar will also be available filled with fresh seafood ingredients.
For moms with a sweet tooth, The Grand Buffet will feature a create-your-own crêpe station that includes a selection of mouth-watering toppings, berries, whipped cream and more.
