RENO, Nev. (March 10, 2023) – Grand Sierra Resort (GSR) invites guests to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a buffet featuring a delicious selection of Irish dishes starting on March 17.
The buffet features an authentic and mouth-watering selection of Irish delicacies that will surely tantalize taste buds. Guests can enjoy traditional dishes such as creamy potato leek soup, boiled cabbage and rich colcannon potatoes, which are sure to invoke the rolling hills of the Emerald Isle.
The centerpiece of the buffet is the Guinness Irish stew, slow-cooked to perfection with tender chunks of lamb, potatoes and carrots in a rich and hearty broth. Meat lovers can also enjoy stuffed cabbage rolls, tender carved corned beef, roasted leg of lamb and bangers, providing a wide variety of savory options. Seafood lovers can enjoy an Irish whiskey honey roasted salmon that’s sure to be a flavorful experience that’s not to be missed.
This specialty menu runs from Friday, March 17 from 5 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, March 18 from 4 to 9 p.m. for $29 for children and $50 for adults.
In addition to the buffet specials, GSR guests can enjoy a pint of Guinness or choose from a selection of Irish whiskeys and liqueurs across the Crystal Lounge or Charlie Palmer Lounge. Casino guests can also try their luck with free spins on the Shamrock Fortune game on March 19.
