RENO, Nev. (Dec. 6, 2022) – Multi-platinum, Grammy award winning rapper, producer and DJ, Lil Jon, will bring his signature crunk sound to LEX Nightclub with a live DJ set on Friday, Dec. 30, 2022.
From a young age, Lil Jon was involved in Atlanta’s music scene after teaching himself how to DJ at the age of 11 before co-founding Lil Jon & The East Side Boyz. The group went on to produce a string of hits including “What U Gon’ Do,” “Lovers and Friends” and “Get Low,” which went on to reach No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and has become a staple of clubs all around the world.
Following the success of the group, Lil Jon has gone on to produce some of the top hits of the early 2000s including “Goodies,” “Cyclone” and “Yeah!,” which topped the Billboard Hot 100 for 12 weeks. As a DJ-mainstay his success has propelled him to perform for hundreds of thousands of fans across the world with Usher, Ludacris, Steve Aoki, LMFAO and more. In recent years, he’s gone on to collaborate with other artists and DJs on “Turn Down for What” with DJ Snake, “Bend Ova” with Tyga and “Take It Off” with Yandel and Becky G.
