Dancing with the Stars (DWTS) is a dance competition television show that began in 2005 in which celebrities are paired with professional dancers. The pairs spend a week preparing and learning a dance, perform it for the judges and audience and then America votes on who did the best.
DWTS Goes on the Road
After ten years, DWTS has decided to take the show on the road with Dancing with the Stars Live! Dance All Night Tour featuring some of America’s favorite professional dancers from the show. Below are some of the dancers along with video from the show.
Sharna Burgess
Sharna is an Australian ballroom dancer who moved to London when she was 18 where she won many dancing titles and appeared in a UK tour with the show Simply Ballroom. Sharna joined Dancing with the Stars in season 13
Valentin Chmerkovskiy
Valentin is a Ukranian-American professional dancer, two-time World Latin Dance Champion and a 4-time U.S. National Latin Dance Champion. Valetin also won the 10th anniversary season of Dancig wiht the Stars with celebrity partner, Rumer Willis.
Peta Murgatroyd
Peta is a New Zealand born Australian professional dancer where she began studying classical ballet at the young age of four. She trained for 12 years under former principal dancer of the Kirov Ballet, Madame Lubov Nikonorenko.
Keo Motsepe
Keo is a South African Latin and Ballroom dancer. He began his dancing career a 11 years old when he entered competitve dance. In 2014 keo joined the cast of Dancing with the Stars and was paired with Olympic athlete Lolo Jones.
Emma Slater
Emma is an English professional dancer and choreographer. When she was 10 years old she began training in Ballroom and Latin American dance. At 15 she appeared in Goeorge Michael's mucis video, "Round Here."
Artem Chigvintsev
Artem is a Russian-American professional dancer specialisin in Latin dancing. Artem joined DWTS in season 18 as a troupe dancer and was later promoted to professional dancer for season 19.
Lindsay Arnold
Lindsay is an American professional ballroom dancer from Utah. Dhe was the second youngest pro dancer to join the show and was partnered with professional boxer, Victor Ortiz, in season 16.
