How to pay for the trip:
- DEPOSIT - A deposit of $100 per person is due 72 hours after booking your reservation online. The deposit is non-refundable and applies towards the price of your trip. However, you and your friends staying in the same room can pay for your deposit fees individually by calling our Guest Services after booking your reservation online.
The original credit card used to make the reservation online WILL BE CHARGED a deposit for each person in your room unless your roommates contact our Guest Services within 72 of the initial reservation. Please have the reservation confirmation number handy. You may change the occupancy of your room and names of your roommates by calling Guest Services. - FULL PAYMENT - You and your roommates will have until December 1, 2009 to pay for the remainder of the package or forfeit your deposits. You may each pay for your individual share by calling Guest Services.
