Reno, Nev. – Face paint, wild leather outfits and fantastic music embody KISS, the group who redefined rock ‘n’ roll and will be taking the stage at Grand Sierra Resort and Casino’s (GSR) Grand Theatre on Apr. 21. Shocking the world of music, KISS defined their brand of heavy metal with elaborate performances that included fire-breathing, blood-spitting, shooting rockets and pyrotechnics. KISS is made up of rock legends Paul Stanley, Tommy Thayer, Eric Singer and, most notably, Gene Simmons who were all inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2014. As a revolutionary rock band, KISS has graced the cover of Rolling Stone, sold more than 100 million records and, for the first time in over 15 years, will return to Reno to perform at GSR before embarking on their European tour. Tickets start at $158 and can be purchased at www.grandsierraresort.com or by calling 1-800-648-3568.

The Grand Theatre, which underwent $10 million in renovations in 2015, has marked itself as one of the top entertainment venues in the West with a capacity of more than 2,700, including well-appointed luxury seats with more legroom, wider seats and wider aisles. In addition, exclusive VIP booths with personalized beverage and bottle service are available for small groups and special occasions. Designed by John Sergio Fisher & Associates, the theatre also includes a two-tiered entry with an all-new, enclosed lobby, state-of-the-art lighting and sound renovations, as well as new artist facilities including dressing rooms, green rooms and an artist lounge.
