PARTICIPATE IN LIVESTRONG CHALLENGE

Reno, Nev. – Grand Sierra Resort and Casino (GSR) has gifted $4,000 to the property’s entertainment director, Chris Christiansen, as a donation and sponsorship to participate in the LIVESTRONG Challenge on Sunday, Oct. 25 in Austin, Tex.
Big fans of Lance Armstrong and his dedication for the global fight against cancer, Christiansen together with his and brother and sister-in-law will be cycling for the cause.
“As cycling fans, we have followed Lance’s career and the LIVESTRONG Challenge presented itself a way for us to show our support, not only to raise funds, but also to raise awareness for the resources that are available,” said Christiansen. “Cycling has been a huge part of our lives, so getting involved and raising money for the Lance Armstrong Foundation is a natural fit for us to do our part.”
